As a privately owned family business with flat hierarchies, we maintain a friendly and informal relationship with colleagues, customers and suppliers. 

In social media and digital communication, the informally speech dominates the formal communication. In our industry it is customary, too, to address each other by using the first name in international business. We therefore prefer to use the “Du” form in German communication. We make this clear by using the #GernePerDu tag, which we recognize more and more frequently with our customers and suppliers.

However, we are also happy to take individual preferences or cultural differences into account. If you prefer to be addressed by surname and as “Sie” in German, please let us know.
