Cyber-Attack at Hellmann Worldwide Logistics

Dear customers,

unfortunately, we have been unable to send general cargo shipments since 8 December 2021. Many shipments accumulate in our warehouse.

Our freight forwarder, Hellmann Worldwide Logistics, is faced with serious IT problems as a result of a cyber attack. The entire IT infrastructure worldwide is affected. All international data centers have been taken offline. Since 8 December 2021, the freight forwarder is worldwide no longer able to operate. Shipments are in arrears everywhere. There are currently no shipments being handled.

All units of the forwarding company are working to resume business operations as soon as possible. Unfortunately, it is not yet possible to foresee when this will be the case.

We try to send our shipments out on other ways. Unfortunately, it is not possible for other forwarding companies to intercept Hellmann’s shipments.

We ask for your understanding and apologize for the inconvenience. We also hope that it will normalize soon.
