unfortunately, we have been unable to send general cargo shipments since 8 December 2021. Many shipments accumulate in our warehouse.<\/p>\n
Our freight forwarder, Hellmann Worldwide Logistics, is faced with serious IT problems as a result of a cyber attack. The entire IT infrastructure worldwide is affected. All international data centers have been taken offline. Since 8 December 2021, the freight forwarder is worldwide no longer able to operate. Shipments are in arrears everywhere. There are currently no shipments being handled.<\/p>\n
All units of the forwarding company are working to resume business operations as soon as possible. Unfortunately, it is not yet possible to foresee when this will be the case.<\/p>\n
We try to send our shipments out on other ways. Unfortunately, it is not possible for other forwarding companies to intercept Hellmann\u2019s shipments.<\/p>\n
We ask for your understanding and apologize for the inconvenience. We also hope that it will normalize soon.<\/p>\n
