DACTYMOR FORTE
against respiratory problems, loss of weight, whitich feces
Veterinary medicine for use in cases of infestation with Gyrodactylus (skin worms), gill worms (Dactylogyrus) and tapeworms (Cestodes), which is also used against parasitic crustaceans due to its inhibition of chitin synthesis. In the case of Gyrodactylus infestation, fish try to get rid of the worms by rubbing themselves. In the case of Dactylogyrus infestation, fish show an increased respiratory rate. Fish infested with cestodes lose weight rapidly despite normal feeding behavior. Parasitic crustaceans (e.g., Argulus) can be seen on the fish with the naked eye without optical aids.
